Chinese Diesel Heater LCD Instructions
Initial Setup
Start with power disconnected from heater, usually by removing the fuse.
While you hold the up and down arrows have a helper restore power to the heater, usually by plugging in the fuse.
You will hear a beep followed by constant beeping, release the up and down arrow keys
Setting 01 is your system voltage. Press up or down to scroll between 12V and 24V. Default is 12.
Press the power button. Setting 02 is fuel pump power. Press up and down to scroll. Default is 22.
Press power again. The setting 03 is glow plug temperature. Press up and down to scroll. Default is 80.
Press power again. Setting 04 just displays 55 for a 5.5kw heater.
Press the settings button twice. The screen should display the heater along with 00:00. This is the main screen.
Settings
From the main screen Press and hold the settings button until it beeps.
Setting c1 is clock time. Press power to change time. Press power to move between hours and minutes. Up and down to change the number. Clock is in military time. Press OK when set.
Setting c2 is timer. Set the ON time and press OK. Set the OFF time and press OK. (Dont forget to turn the timer on from the main screen by pressing up and down buttons together)
Setting c3 is remote pairing. Press and hold the "A" button on your remote until a beep is heard and the signal graphic goes down. Do the same for the "B" button. Press OK
Setting c4 is power unit(hz/deg). Press power to scroll between "PP"(hertz) and "HH"(degrees). Degrees will always display in Celsius. The only advantage to using hz as your power unit is when turning the heater on with the remote, you can select between 3 default power settings.
Press OK to go back to settings or the settings button to return to main screen.
Power on
Press and hold the power button on LCD or "B" button on remote to power on.
Scroll up and down to set desired power.
If the power unit is set to "PP"(hz) select between 3hz, 5hz, and 1 hz (medium, high, low) by pressing and holding the "B" button in remote.
Main screen
From the main screen OK will scroll the display between temperature(°C), clock time, and system voltage.
Pressing up and down together turns the timer on or off.
