How I lost 20 Lbs| 3 Lifestyle Changes I Implemented!

Hi Friends,

You guys have been asking, so I'm here to answer! I want to remind you that everyone is different and many things can factor into weight loss. Change of mindset, mindful eating, moving your body is all very important; however we are human and factors like hormone imbalances, anxiety, and stressors that not everyone will experience. So please be kind to yourself and just remember that these changes are for nobody but yourself. I also want to mention that this was filmed early November 2023 and my body composition has changed since then, I will make another update if anyone has questions please leave them below!
