Thrift Haul Try On + 5 Tips for Mindful Shopping // Dig and Save

In my attempts to shop more mindfully, I went thrifting for the first time! Buying secondhand is a great way to shop that is more sustainable and WAY better for your budget 🛒

In this video I'll take you through a couple more tips for how to spend your money more mindfully, so that you can stop impulsive buying and bring the mindfulness approach into your closet. You guys, I was seriously impressed with how fun and affordable thrifting was. I visited a dig and save St. Vinny's as well as a regular St. Vinny's and was able to find brands like Adidas and Land's End, spending a total of ~$16. I'm SO going back.
