HOW TO COOK?- Itaki Chef

FOR CONTEXT- Where I worked did not have a microwave so I wanted something that I could reheat leftovers or premade foods if I wanted or needed. I am NOT a chef, I had never used this item before. I was learning. We are all humans. We all learn as we go. This item can steam and cook foods that are not premade as well. It steams really well and is an item I use often.
