VEHICLE SKINS IN UNTURNED?!?! (UNTURNED 3.22.1.0)

Also...if you care to know my opinion on Unturned vehicle skins. I think it is a nice addition and very cool designs can come from this. what I think should be added though is the option for server owners to disable these "paint jobs" or not because without that option, serious survival servers have this silly mechanic that although grows Unturned, is a negative to certain players. It really just depends on people's style of gaming.
