On the Sidelines S1E25 Mariners and Sounders Parallels, Seahawks Preseason Recap

Ethan and D-Jack open the show discussing the parallels in the Mariners and Sounders seasons including how scorching hot both have been recently. The two break down the Mariners almost perfect homestand as well as their odds to win the World Series. They also discuss the Sounders turnaround since the Club World Cup including Head Coach Brian Schmetzer's reasoning behind the elevated play leading to ten straight matches unbeaten. Then, former Seahawk and Super Bowl champion Bryan Walters joins the show to talk all things Seahawks. He breaks down Tory Horton's breakout performance, the confidence that comes with having an established identity on offense, and the offensive line. Afterwards, D-Jack gives his Top 5 Dead or Alive Seahawks Summer Legends. The guys then spend some time discussing the Storm's atrocious run lately resulting in five straight losses putting them on the brink of being outside of the playoffs. Ethan and D-Jack end the show going through Mike Sando's QB Tier List from the New York Times including comparing Geno Smith and Sam Darnold.
