Let's Play Spelunky 2 - New Friends (episode 18)

Let's Play Spelunky 2 episode 18 - In today's Spelunky 2 Let's Play episode, I venture back into the Daily Challenge to give it the new challenge a shot. Then, I head back into Volcana to see what's hot. And well, mostly everything still is.

Today's Spelunky 2 run sees the addition of a new character...a cute little Robot named Lise Project. I have no idea what she does, but maybe we'll find out in a future episode!

So between Spelunky 2's Volcano area and the Jungle area, I feel like I do the best in the former. The enemies are visible and predictable (except for the lava toads) and I actually really like the industrial aesthetic. Reminds me of some of the later levels in the original Donkey Kong Country.

I make a few blunders, but generally, I'm pleased with how I'm doing so far in the game. I can really feel myself getting into the flow and am enjoying watching my progress increase day by day. Spelunky 2 was a hard game at first, but once you learn the traps, it's quite enjoyable!
