Crochet Relaxed Fit Sweater/Dress : Part 1 ( Free pattern )

I always say that I love my newest projects, but I have to say it again. I'm in LOVE with this sweater dress :) It's more of a boat neck design with a loose fit, and it can easily be made as a sweater, full length dress or anything in between.
It's an easy beginner/intermediate level project but it will look like an advanced one when you're done.

Notes:
This sweater is made in 4 separate pieces and sewn together ( The front and back panels are made the same )
This pattern is a 2 rows repeat *row 2 and 3
This pattern is in multiples of 2 + 3
In this picture I have demonstrated with size small

Gauge blocked: 19 dc X 10 rows = 4"

Measurements across back ( After blocked )
S = 20" Width X 24.8" Length ( 1,350 yards of yarn )
