Dell Optiplex 7020 CPU Cooler Upgrade

I purchased a cheap Dell Optiplex off eBay for $73 including tax and shipping. Problem was, it only had a Core i3 4130 in it, which includes a CPU cooler with a max TDP of only 65 watts. I am upgrading to an 80 watt Xeon E3-1271 v3 (which is basically an i7 4790 without onboard graphics). Obviously, this will require a CPU heatsink/fan upgrade. I didn't see any good videos dealing specifically with this subject, so I decided to make my own. This method should work with any of the following models:
Optiplex 3020, 7020, 9020
Optiplex 3010, 7010, 9010
Optiplex 390, 790, 990
Basically, any cooler with a 92mm fan will fit inside these cases.

If you use any of these in an Optiplex, please comment with success stories. Also, if you find any broken links, please let me know and I will remove them.
