The screen "jitters" every 50 seconds because it was recorded in 50 second intervals and every time it "Jitters", it had to switch from file to file. Also, Game DVR was set to record these files at 30 FPS LOL, so it only looks like the game was running at 30 fps. It was actually running much better. Too lazy to re-record it. Besides, that would increase the file size.
