The First tank we will talk about is the world’s first tank. It is the British Mark 1.
LITTLE WILLIE
This is a Mark I prototype tank known as “Little Willie”.
RENAULT FT-17
This was a French light tank developed by the Renault Automobile company.
HORNSBY TRACTOR by Richard Hornsby & Sons
While the Hornsby Tractor is not a tank, it is a chain tracked tractor. I would say it definitely gave some inspiration to the tanks we would later see in World War 1.
Ford 3-Ton M1918 Tank
This was the first tank designed by the United States. This is similar to the Renault FT-17.
Saint-Chamond Tank
This was the second Heavy tank the French made and it was manufactured from April 1917 to July 1918.
FIAT 2000 Prototype
This was a prototype from Italy for a heavy tank produced by Fiat. Italy didn’t have an armored unit due to not having any tanks, which is where this tank came in. Unfortunately, it would never see any action in World War I.
A7V HEAVY TANK
This tank was created by Germany in 1918.
