Hey fellow investors! In this video I show you the recent 3 unit mulit-family house that I bought! This is my first rental property and I was able to acquire it at the age of 24 years old. I'm house hacking (living in one unit, while renting out the others) this investment property. I wanted to show you the before and what it looks like, before I remodel everything and show you the breakdown of finances. This video was filmed 5 months ago when I first closed on the property and I've already renovated the whole unit and have it listed for rent now. I have the garden unit rented out to a family and planning on renting the two extra bed rooms in my unit for extra cash flow.
