My recipe for chicken popcorn

💖Ingredients and Steps
*Cut chicken breasts into bite sized pieces
*Marinate with salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic, buttermilk (or plain yogurt) and other spices you like
*Keep in the fridge for at least 2 hours
*Mix flour (500g) with baking powder (4g)
*Coat marinated chicken with flour and shake off the excess flour; dip into water and repeat the coating & shaking process
*Fry at oil temperature 180C until golden brown
