Was Vikas Dubey Encounter Fake? | Dhruv Rathee

With a history of criminal records, Vikas Dubey was recently arrested by Uttar Pradesh Police. Allegedly he tried to escape and was encountered. Same story repeated with other members of his gang. Prabhat Mishra, Abhay Dubey and others. Social media users have alleged that this is a fake encounter by the police and a clear cut case of extra judicial justice. I explain in this video his history and the evidences we have. And also explain the role of our third pillar of judiciary, the root causes behind the problems we face and why encounter is not the solution.
