Chuck Schumer demands more stimulus check money just as two democrat senators say they won't participate in Biden's Build Back Better Plan the way it stands. Senator Marsha Blackburn says the infrastructure bill could be done for less and without raising taxes if the Federal Government would get out of the states way.
