Welcome to MEZI Cosmetics!!! We recently JUST launched our new colorful water-activated pigment palette! These 5 pigments come in a variety of vibrant shades that are the perfect way to add a splash of color and creativity to your makeup look. These vivid pigments are applied with water and a brush to create fun and unique looks, giving you the confidence to stand out and express yourself. With NEON NIGHTS, you can unleash your inner artist and show the world your artistic flair! To activate the pigments, simply dip your brush (included) into water and start mixing it into the pigments. You will need to do this a few times in order for the pigments to break down and "activate". Keep going until you get a "milkshake" consistency and you're ready to go!!
