When it comes to making breakfast when you are Whole Food Plant Based there is nothing more nutritious, filling and simple to make than oatmeal. Even the heartiest old fashioned rolled oats take no more than 5 minutes to cook. Not only are they quick and simple to make but they are super versatile when it comes to toppings. We like to top ours with berries, flax meal and nuts but you can go wild and make something as fancy as our Cinnamon Roll Oatmeal.
