One Thing I HATE About PORTUGAL

ℹ️ If you had to ask me, what is the ONE THING you hate about Portugal. It is most definitely the flies. They appear at the beginning of summer in the area of central Portugal where we live, and they take over EVERYTHING. You can't get away from them unless you stay indoors with all the windows and doors shut.
Admittedly this isn't true of all of Portugal, when we travel to other areas the flies are a lot less concentrated, and we think it must have to do with all the local farming and manure nearby. And they are only really around in the thick of summer. But damn I hate them!
