Ingredients
• 3-4 Eggs 🥚
• A pinch of Salt & Pepper 🧂
• Cooking oil 🧴
• Cheese 🧀
[ Step-by-Step Instructions ]
1. Whisk the Eggs: Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk thoroughly. Mix in a pinch of salt and pepper.
2. Prep the Pan: Heat a non-stick pan over medium-low heat with a thin layer of oil.
3. The First Pour: Pour about 1/3 of the egg mixture into the pan, tilting it to coat the surface thinly.
4. Add Cheese & Start Rolling: Place your cheese on top of the egg layer. When the egg is halfway cooked, gently fold it over from one side. Roll it 3/4 of the way.
5. Repeat & Build: Slide the roll to one side. Pour more egg mixture into the empty space, connecting it to the roll. Repeat this step until all the egg mixture is used!
6. Shape & Cool: Press all sides gently against the pan to set the square shape and fully melt the cheese inside. Let it cool on a cutting board for a few minutes before slicing so the cheese doesn't spill out.
7. Slice & Enjoy: Slice into bite-sized pieces and watch that cheesy pull! Serve immediately and enjoy!
