Today was RAD! After getting picked up by the homies we headed straight to Bateau Bay Skatepark on the way to Slam Factory for a quick warm up session. Insane skatepark! After rocking up at Slam Factory i got a few scooter clips before grabbing my board out because a few skaters were trying backflips which was something I've been wanting to do for a long time and they gave me a few tips! After a few attempts to foam i took it to the resi and 4 tries later i managed to roll away! I COULDNT BELIEVE IT! I am honestly so stoked i decided to bring my board along with me otherwise this wouldnt have been possible. Also massive shoutout to Slam Factory Indoor Skatepark for the free entry and allowing me to ride the amazing park. Quick heads up...the skaters in this video weren't necessarily "talking shit" they were joking around (I think), this wasn't all aimed at these skaters but more aimed at any skaters that do talk shit to scooter riders because this goes to show that you might just get shown up by that "scooter kid" who your having a laugh at. The skaters at Slam were actually pretty cool and they did help me learn flips so shoutout to them!
