😋RECIPE
4/5 ripe bananas
5/6 dates
honey (as much as you prefer)
1 spoon cinnamon
2 spoons cacao
sunflower seeds (any kind of seeds you prefer)
2 TSP baking powder
pinch of mineral salt
1/4 cup almond milk
245 g spelt flower
1 spoon coconut oil

Mix 4/5 bananas, dates and melted coconut oil together in a bowl. stir well.
In a separate bowl, mix spelt flour, cacao, cinnamon, salt, 2 spoons baking powder, raisins, seeds and honey all together.
Mix the dry with the wet ingredients and mix to combine.
Bake on 180 degrees for about 60 minutes until browned!
