The world feels so strange and I need some time to heal my soul so in this video I am sharing how I restore when I'm feeling low. The world just feels so different these days and not in a good way... This is me working out what's going on and why I am so tearful and emotional at present. I'm taking you to a very special place too for the Solstice.
