(5 Second Discharge) Baldwins Heavy Lift - 1000te Mobile Crane. Project Cargo Discharge
5 Second Video of Baldwins Heavy Lift discharging a Super Grid Transformer at Peel Port, KGV Docks in Glasgow. The Crane used was a Terex Demag AC1000, a 1000te Mobile Crane. The discharge took place in March 2022.
Lifting from the Vessel, MV SATURN, the Transformer was landed onto a Heavy Modular Platform Trailer belonging to JB Rawcliffe.
The Heavy Haulage Firm then transported it to Windyhill Substation, where it was installed as part of a £50 million pound upgrade programme.
