Jaime of RIF LA: There's $100,000's Worth Of Product In Stock
http://www.sneakerwatch.com/ - Jaime from RIF LA knows the sneaker game has changed and explains some of what goes on in popular Los Angeles sneaker shop.
"RIF LA started in 2006", Jaime tells us as he stands in the Jordan stock room and with ten years in business RIF LA has seen things change. About 10 years ago, everything in the store was probably in this room. Things like Nike SB's, Dunks, Jordans, amongst other shoes were all kept together. "This was 8 years ago when other shoes actually mattered", Jaime told us.
Today most people just care about YEEZYs or Jordans. The sneaker game isn't as diverse as it once was, but clearly still very profitable as Jaime mentioned having $100,000's worth of product in stock in the famed LA store.
Jaime talked about the motto of RIF LA, "Good People Helping Good People." Giving away shoes to the local homeless and even a few dollars so they can grab a bite to eat are just some of the good deeds done in the store. Jaime also recognized that often kids come in the store with very meager budgets and Jaime doesn't mind helping them get something in their price ranges.
