Some clips from our tour around The Falls, checking out the flooding situation around our two waterways. The Wissahickon closed Lincoln Drive and Ridge Avenue by the Bus Transfer Center, and the Schuylkill River, flooded Kelly Drive and Ridge Avenue up to Midvale -- and this was just Thursday morning! Waters are rising with the Schuylkill forecast to break at record highs around 3pm today. Stay tuned...
