Elon Musk screws investment banks for venture capital instead...

So Elon Musk's $44bn Twitter acquisition is proving to be quite the rollercoaster acquisition. In this video I cover the new equity financing options available that have opened up on the back of this. Initially, half of the financing was in cash and the other half in debt, however, that's all changed, and for good reason. To make things even more interesting, there's been speculation that the deal might not even go through to completion as investors believe Elon Musk is having doubts. Most recently, Elon Tweeted about the large number of fake users on the platform and as such the deal has been put on hold.
