Feeling overwhelmed by clutter and a too-busy schedule? Here's a solution!

A little over 4 years ago, my family bought a house. We were told there were renters living in it that had a month-to-month rental agreement. Well, when we signed the final papers and got handed the documents, we made an unpleasant discovery... the tenants actually had a year-long lease!

Because of that, it was many months before we were able to move into our new house, and during that time we had to live in temporary housing and move twice. We were forced to live with a LOT less than normal.

While this was certainly an uncomfortable experience, it also was very eye-opening! Living with less allowed us to see how much STUFF had been distracting us and taking our time away from parts of life that were actually important.
