We hosted a really popular webinar on Building a QA Framework and the Q&A session was very interesting.

Derek Corcoran (Founder & CEO of Scorebuddy) is joined by Nate Brown (Director of CX at UL EHSS and a co-founder at CX Accelerator.

Nate talks about best in class CX and gives us an insight into how he implemented that at UL EHSS.

Derek talks about the impact of Quality on CX in the call center. He introduces a Contact Center QA Framework and talks about Gap Analysis and how to reduce/eliminate it.
