Step One: Exfoliate

Step Two: Foot cream/mask

Step 3: Next day, let's tan!

Step 4: Choose natural DHA
My fave is Coco&Eve Sunny Honey Bali Bronzing Foam https://howl.me/cjJeD8Zp6HL code Penn15 saves 15% (natural DHA, added erythrutol long lasting tan, antioxidants to counter the free radicals, cruelty free and green grey base so it's never orange!) I use medium, and I forgot to mention in the video that I did ONLY ONE ARM to show the tan (lol I just looked off balance I guess) Did you notice? It’s MY left, your right.

Step 5: Do hands and feet last with a kabuki and the left over tanner on the mutt

Step 6: Wait at least 2 hours and do not get wet/sweat/do dishes/get a pedicure etc. You can wait longer for a deeper tan. Rinse in the shower when you're ready and no shower gel.
NEXT shower you can use shower gels-I recommend oil to foam clenasers (I love these regardless of tanning for soft, supple skin that is hydrated).

Great color, antioxidants, humectants/moisture, plays well with existing skincare and doesn't accentuate my age spots...A winner. I WILL SAY that I DID exfoliate well the night before! This is crucial on the face just like the body!!
This is used before skincare (you do not have to adjust your skincare at all...If you use acids etc you may just use this two days in a row etc). I spray on a LIGHT layer and blend with my hands-then I wash my hands. I do this separately (so far I have done this in the AM with my regular skincare. If I did this with my entire routine above I would do it FIRST so that I can wash my hands and go on with the body routine)
