Healthy Banana Muffins & Energy Bars (GF, DF + Refined sugar FREE)

Recipe in description!

Banana Muffins:
1 cup of dates
2 eggs
2 bananas
1/4 virgin cocnut oil
1 tblsp chia seeds
blitz all ingrediants

1 cup almond meal
1/2 cup mixed nuts & seeds
1 tblsp baking powder
1 tblsp cinnamon
pinch of sea salt
mix all ingredients.
bake on 160 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

Grain-free Energy Bars
1 cup dates
1/2 cup sultanas
1/4 cup dried goji berries
chop up all ingredients.
1 cup of chopped mixed nuts & seeds.
1 Tblsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
tblsp rice malt syrup
50g melted coconut oil
1/4 chia seeds
combined all ingredients.
cook on 160 for 40 minutes.
keep in freezer.
