How to open the Hidden Basement Door in Horizon Forbidden West

This is a tutorial on how to open the hidden door in the basement of The Base in Horizon Forbidden West.

Important note: During specific times in the Main Quest the vent leading to the Door, will be blocked. You will have to then comeback when you progressed the main quest more. Nothing is missable as the door and the datapoints can all be found after beating the game.
