The Book of Legends Update (Legends Mod 1.18.2)

A few things- Piglin and Piglin Brute has the second lowest scroll drop rate, with regular mobs being the lowest. Etherean is only going to be used for legendaries that have powers. Characters like Batman and Iron Man won't need it.
