पश्चिम बंगाल में कुर्बानी पर कलह जारी है. पश्चिम बंगाल में सुवेंदु सरकार ने गोवंश वध पर बैन को लेकर नोटिस जारी किया है. इसके खिलाफ कलकत्ता हाईकोर्ट में याचिका दायर की गई. कलकत्ता हाईकोर्ट ने मुख्यमंत्री सुवेंदु अधिकारी के आदेश को चुनौती देने वाली याचिकाओं को खारिज कर दिया है और एक अहम टिप्पणी की. जी हां, कलकत्ता हाईकोर्ट ने साफ कर दिया कि गाय का वध ईद समारोह का अनिवार्य हिस्सा नहीं है.
