Today I think this perfume deserves its spotlight. Its rarely reviewed and only folks who know the legacy of Harrods would really know what the "H" means here. This fragrance caught me off guard while traveling and I must say this is the most high end luxury fougeres I have ever had the pleasure of sniffing.
