1. Each paper lantern comes flat with a wire expander and instructions

2. Gently expand the paper lantern (make sure the two loops are looking up)

3. Insert the wire expander(make sure the C-shaped hook is on top)

4. Slightly bend the wire expander to fit it in the lantern

5. Secure the wire expander by locking it on the loops on top

6. Make a gentle adjustment to center the expander in the lantern and you are all set!
