Ingredients Used:
-1lb Macaroni Pasta
-2 sticks Unsalted Butter
-1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
-2 cups Whole Milk
-1 cup Half-and-half
-3 large eggs
-3/4 cup sour cream
-12 Chicken Boullion cubes
-4 tablespoons Chicken Base
-Seasonings:
•1/2 tablespoon Paprika
•1/2 tablespoon Garlic Powder
•1/2 tablespoon Lawry's Seasoned Salt
•1/2 tablespoon Chili Powder
-Cheese:
•16oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese (8oz in sauce/8oz used to layer) *Skip this if you want less cheese!*
•16oz Mild Cheddar Cheese (8oz in sauce/8oz used as topping)
•8oz Monterey Jack (used in sauce)
•8oz Mozzarella (used in sauce)
•8oz Cream Cheese (used in sauce)

Bake for 35-40min at 350°F (bake longer if needed)
Let rest for 5-10min before serving
Serves about 12 people or more
