All aboard the Leadville Colorado Southern Railroad!

Originating in Leadville, Colorado, "the highest incorporated city in North America," the LC&S takes passengers along the old Denver, South Park & Pacific and Colorado & Southern lines up towards the the Continental Divide near Fremont Pass. Full of breath-taking panoramas the trip features narratives about the railroad's, and Leadville's, colorful past.

The train trip lasts 2 and ½ hours and features indoor and outdoor seating. Traveling north along the Arkansas River Valley, the rails climb up 1,000 feet allowing spectacular views of the two tallest peaks in Colorado, Mt. Massive and Mt. Elbert.
