Find your product's niche
Find those niche Facebook pages via facebook search
Look for bigger pages with high number of page likes
note down those pages
in Audience Insight under fb Ad Manager, add those page names one by one in left search.
Facebook will auto suggest those actual pages once you start typing. Select the ones you already short listed.
It will give you enough audience to advertise your product to. Review page likes and location tabs as well.
