Video Description: I've heard some crazy stories about dogs eating their owners rings, literally swallowing them. This is similar type of nightmare, the dog got tantalized by the platinum ring and thought, "hey, that looks tasty!" He chewed it up and the platinum got majorly dinged and bent out of shape. The center stone was popped out, only to be later retrieved by the owner.

As a goldsmith I was able to take the ring which had been chewed up by the dog and bring it back to life. I did this by first rounding out the ring. Next I took care of all the gouges and dings in the ring. After that I made sure all of the stones were tight and I set the center stone back into place. Once everything was done at the bench I polished the ring back up to a high polish. When it was all said and I done I'm happy to report that the ring looks good as new.
