How to Decorate a Cake - How to fill Cupcakes

Some people are curious on how to inject the cupcake, today we’re gonna do chocolate but can do any flavor what you want. It’s really simple it’s not that hard all you do is you have an injection tip like this one here, all you need to do is to buy a 229 injection tip, they have different kinds of sizes for certain kind of jobs this one I like the most because it has a nice wide opening it’s really easy to inject your cupcakes, now what you do is grab your cupcakes you find the middle, what I do is do a little circle like this to kinda widen up the whole, okay and then what i’m gonna do is to slightly lightly push on the bags don’t take much pressure and boom there it is, okay, do the same thing little circle to open up the whole a little bit and inject. It’s really simple it’s not hard you can do it. Then we actually seal it by using icing so doesn’t go up in the top, so same thing with margaretta cake you start in the center and you work your way and around that will lock in it and it won’t come out okay very simple and in the middle work way around boom okay. Alright now what i'm gonna do cut this with the knife demonstrate what we have inside the cake, that way you know what you gonna get so what we is to cut here in the middle and we’re gonna open it up and here you go nice amount of chocolate ganache right in the center of cupcake and that’s basically how you do it.
