Starting a New City in Cities Skylines (Tutorial)

Starting a new city is critical moment in Cities Skylines.

In this short tutorial, I want to show you how to start building your city in a simple and efficient way.

In this game I am going to use some mods, mostly to improve graphic and probably traffic issues.
Actually, my goal is to play realistic game, that’s why I will play with limited money but with mods that will enable me to reach that goal.
