Cold start. Been having this issue since I replaced the head gaskets. Have to start it with a little throttle pressure, stumbles along until the 2:22 mark then runs fine. Only does it on first start up. Checked timing, checked for vacuum leaks, replaced MAP, replaced Idle Air Control Valve, both temp sensors, Throttle Position Sensor. About out of ideas.
