Working Principle of Compact Sand Plants - MEKA Washing Equipment

Compact Sand Plants , Material firstly feed into sump tank then it is transported to hydrocyclones via slurry pump. Sand and unwanted materials are separated by centrifugal force in hydrocylones. The product separated from the wastes reaches the dewatering screen and contains 20-25% water. The product, which is drained from the dewatering screen, is conveyed to the storage system with 10-15% moisture.
Compact Sand Plants , Underflow of dewatering screen and overflow of hydrocyclone feedback to sump tank in order to recycle leaked fines. By this way, the leaked material could be hold in dewatering screen thus efficiency will be raised.
When sump tank fully fills, it’s inlet that coming from hydrocyclone overflow is closed by mechanical float system and overflow of hydrocyclone is transported to water recycling system.
