(Cedars' vlog no. 268) While most gifts are given without strings attached, God's gift of life comes with the caveat that humans pledge their existence back to him. And as Samuel Herd drearily explains, he and his colleagues on the Governing Body of Jehovah's Witnesses are conveniently willing to accept this sacrifice on God's behalf - including being gifted the children of their followers.
