At the Birchmere Concert Hall in Alexandria, VA, the rebirth of Luther Vandross happens before your very eyes. William "Smooth" Wardlaw and his "Luther Re-Lives" concert, dedicated to the late Luther Vandross, puts on a show worth every penny and then some. This was my second time seeing the "Luther Re-Lives" concert and it was better than the first time which was hard for me to believe.
