1️⃣ Navigate to Administration → Configuration → Notification → Provider Configure
2️⃣ Set up WhatsApp as a Channel using the Custom API
3️⃣ Configure the API URL and parameters, including the Exclude Country Code option
4️⃣ Submit the form to create the Provider Configuration
5️⃣ Navigate to Notification Configure to create notifications for various stages of Enquiry and Support Tickets
6️⃣ Use the Through Query option to map API parameters in key–value format
7️⃣ Enable, disable, or delete WhatsApp notifications as needed
