"Blueberry Bliss Bowl 🥣✨2-Min Protein Hack 🫐

"Weight Loss Secret: 2-Minute Blueberry Protein Bowl! 🥣🫐

Ingredients
1½ cups cottage cheese
2 large eggs
¼ cup rolled oats
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
Pinch of salt
Optional Toppings
Extra blueberries
Sliced almonds or walnuts
Granola
Drizzle of honey
Greek yogurt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease 4 oven-safe ramekins or a small baking dish.
In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, eggs, oats, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, chia seeds, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Gently fold in most of the blueberries, reserving a few for topping.
Divide the mixture evenly into ramekins or pour into a baking dish. Top with remaining blueberries.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the centres are set and the tops are lightly golden.
Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy warm or chilled with your favourite toppings.
