WHAT I EAT IN A DAY WHILE PREGNANT | Second Trimester, realistic healthy meals
I hope you enjoy this video all about what I eat in a day while pregnant in the second trimester! These are some of my favorite easy, realistic, healthy meals to make. I have had to be really strategic about how, when, and what I eat while pregnant because Zay is taking up SO much space in my belly now! I've had to eat more frequently and space out my meals and snacks instead of having three big meals. Can't believe we are ONE WEEK away from the third trimester! HOW TO MAKE EASY LASAGNA RECIPE:
-- 2 pounds lean ground beef
-- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
-- 2 cups cottage cheese
-- Parmesan cheese
-- ten lasagne noodles (cooked)
-- Your fav pasta sauce (24oz)
-- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
-- 1/2 tsp onion powder
-- 1/4 tsp cumin
-- 1/2 tsp oregano
-- 1/4 tsp salt
-- Brown the ground beef 10 inch pan and drain off the fat.
-- Add tomato sauce + seasonings. In the meantime boil the noodles.
-- Then line half the noodles in a 9 x 13 pan.
-- Then put a layer of half the meat sauce, a cup of cottage cheese, and a cup and a half mozzarella cheese, and repeat.
-- Top the last layer with some Parmesan cheese and then bake in the oven at 350 for 30 minutes and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
-- Enjoy!!
