12th New Moon 2023 & the 180° Mt. 5: 15 Witness

As requested, here is the Scriptural study providing further Scriptural and empirical astronomical witnesses on the Fully Restored Moon being New Moon.
The 1st day of the 12th month will commence at the dawn on the pagan day of Tue. Mar. 7th, 2023 everywhere for everyone, and we will be utilizing this next New Moon for this study.
HalaluYAH that the Moon is a Light on a Lampstand just as our only Teacher (Mt. 23: 8) the Messiah (Mashiach) YaHUsHua shared, which is so important in further guiding us to number our days (Ps. 90: 12 etc........,) with the sun, moon, and stars as per the very first page of Scripture.

We share empirically from an astronomical standpoint why this observable daily 180° witness can be observed by all to further help determine each New Moon day, Sabbath, and Feast day (s).
