Starbound part 19 -- USCM Penal Colony

We're not sure what happened to this penal colony. Maybe they were here to colonize eventually, or be put to work processing local sources but honestly that's our job and these guys don't seem too friendly so it looks like it's back to doing the only thing we're good at. Murdering murderers.
